Brooke HotalingPhysician Assistant

Brooke Hotaling is a Physician Assistant specializing in Neurosurgery with Dr. Scheid and Dr. Hunt at NeuroSpinePlus. Brooke has operated alongside Dr. Scheid since 2014 after graduating with High Honors from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York.

Originally from Upstate New York, Brooke utilized her first master’s degree in biomedical science to work as a Biotech Production Specialist at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals before pursuing her passion for patient care as a physician assistant.  Brooke served as the Clinical Director of a comprehensive spine program at a large multispecialty medical group before rejoining Dr. Scheid in his private practice in 2022.

When Brooke is not caring for her patients, she enjoys spending time with her two young children, husband, and dogs traveling, listening to music, or being outside.
