I was in a car accident in a bus T-Bones me and hit the driver's side. I was in such extreme pain for weeks my c3 to my c7 I had to have an acdf it's called it's a buildup first of all of my cartilage into correct my spine because everything was pressed against my nerves. The way I feel today I feel like a new person this place is phenomenal. They make you feel like you're a person who has pained and they listen to you I just want to say thank you Dr Scheid for everything you've done for me. Dr. Scheid and his entire staff are one cohesive team of miracle workers. I am so thankful that I chose Dr. Scheid to expertly and skillfully take on my back, neck, and leg pain. He went on to perform a spinal fusion surgery and he was very attentive to all of my concerns and needs throughout the entire process, especially as I healed. His office staff is compassionate and always willing to give you their undivided attention to make sure that you are being taken care of. A Doctor's office with great staff morale is always a sign of a thriving and successful practice where the patient is put first, and you will never encounter any negativity here. They all tackle challenges head-on as your best advocate, whether it be appealing to your insurance on your behalf or filling out forms for your work so that you can focus on your recovery and rest!

My experience with NeuroSpine was amazing Steve, Jeri, Clara made me feel like family Dr. Edward is an astonishing doctor with a staff who compliments his expertise and his professionalism. I wasn't sure I wanted to have surgery even though it was in my best interest. I spoke to Steven and he talked me through it, he explained everything letting me know what I should expect, he was very up front so I wouldn't be afraid or caught off guard I would call Steve whenever I thought of a new question and he never mind answering all my questions. Amazing doctor ever! Super Professional and definitely knows what he is doing and talking about it. I came in with an injured damaged lower back and after the back surgery, I feel like a new person again. I’m still recovering but I do feel better than when I first came in to their office. Other than the doctor, the nurses are super nice, respectful and caring. Their employees are angels 😇. I feel so blessed to have been treated by them. My experience with NeuroSpine Plus is by far the best experience I’ve ever had in a clinical setting. The moment I walked in the door I was impressed by the warm and inviting waiting room. The staff from the receptionist, administrative and ultimately the PAs and Doctors are all so knowledgeable and helpful. Their attention to detail and patient centered care is stellar. Great Doctors, great staff. I love the level of professionalism and knowledge at this office. When I come in for a visit they make me feel like I matter. Dr. Edward takes the time to throughly explain everything. The staff is very friendly, respectful and accommodating. They even have a great coffee bar where you can make a nice hot coffee while you wait. My experience at this Doctors office has been amazing.
